Tim Lester, who was recently fired from the Western Michigan Broncos, is heading to the NFL to be the new “Senior Analyst” for the Green Bay Packers.
Tim Lester spent six years with the WMU Broncos and had a record of 37-32 during that span. He was let go from Western Michigan in 2022 after the Broncos finished their season 5-7, the only losing season in Lester’s span there.

Tim Lester is 46 years old and was born in Wheaton, Illinois. Lester attended high school at Wheaton Warrenville South High School where he started his football career.
After playing quarterback in high school, Lester went on to throw for the WMU Broncos and set many school records while he was there.
Lester played some XFL football and Arena football, but he never made it to the NFL.
Tim Lester has experience with several roles on the offensive side of coaching, and, whether or not Aaron Rodgers stays with the Packers, Lester should be able to offer some help to his new team in Green Bay.
